The goal of the campaign was to educate employees on the important of recognising and managing workplace stress. Ensuring the content was informative and persuasive that employers sustaining and developing employee engagement. I researched the topic of workplace stress and its effects on employees. I also made sure that the design and messaging was relevant to the target audience and provide actionable steps for managing stress.
