HR Plus is an innovative employee experience company that provides organizations with an HR SaaS platform designed to enhance employee engagement. My key responsibilities included conducting user research, creating user personas and journeys, and developing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to inform design decisions. I also created visual design assets, including icons, typography, and color schemes, that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the user experience. To ensure consistency across the platform, I developed and maintained design systems and design guidelines.

Working with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, I leveraged my expertise in UX/UI design to create an intuitive and visually appealing platform that provides an exceptional user experience. Throughout the development process, I conducted usability testing and gathered feedback to inform design iterations. This allowed me to refine the platform's features and functionality to meet the needs of end-users effectively.
